Allen is a registered geotechnical engineer with over 35 years of project experience. He has managed geotechnical engineering studies for hundreds of public and private developments throughout Southern California, including landmark hospitals, detention facilities, dams, freeways, athletic facilities, stadiums, and university buildings. Due to his diverse and extensive experience, he is routinely requested to provide expert testimony on a variety of litigation matters involving geotechnical issues. Allen manages all of his projects with a client-oriented focus and a dedication to quality and responsiveness.

Dan is a California certified engineering geologist with over 28 years of experience in the geological and geotechnical consulting field. His management of numerous geologic hazard studies, geotechnical investigations, and earthquake fault investigations throughout Southern California have helped to establish his reputation as a recognized expert in engineering geology. His experience extends to the construction phase of projects, such as stability evaluations of soil and rock excavations and geologic evaluations of embankment foundation materials. Dan places paramount importance on attention to detail on his projects.

Larry is a registered geotechnical engineer and has over 40 years of experience in the geotechnical engineering and consulting field. He has been involved with all phases of a variety of projects, including earth fill dams, pipelines, bridges, highways, commercial and industrial developments, land development projects, and waste water reclamation facilities. He has instructed Soil Technology at Riverside City College and served on the Riverside County Grading Appeals Board, the Riverside County Liquefaction Panel, and the San Bernardino/Riverside Counties ad hoc committee for sewage disposal. Larry founded IFE with the primary purpose of providing quality geotechnical consulting services and continues to provide exemplary work for our clients.

Floyd has over 25 years of experience in the geotechnical field. Within that time, he has worked as a soil technician, staff geologist, and special inspector on projects including schools, detention facilities, colleges, commercial buildings, booster stations, and water treatment facilities. He is well versed in geotechnical drilling and trenching investigations, sampling procedures, and field soil classification. He also has significant soil laboratory experience and conducts most tests commonly used for geotechnical evaluation of soils and construction materials. Floyd is a valuable part of our team by being well versed in specialty geotechnical construction including shoring, deep foundations, and ground improvements.

Bill has been employed with Inland Foundation Engineering, Inc. for more than 25 years and has provided soil and materials testing services on hundreds of construction projects. This experience has helped him have a thorough understanding of project plans and specifications. He has established relationships with several long-term clients and understands their expectations for providing quality soils and materials testing services. As our laboratory supervisor, he has extensive knowledge of the test methods implemented by our laboratory. He also delegates and monitors the daily operations of the laboratory and the technicians involved. Bill is detail-oriented with an impressive skill set, making him a great asset to our team.
